For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned as a standard return, and are only covered under the terms of our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Each request is reviewed individually and remains subject to approval by our customer care team.

Rosawind is a cosmetic intimate-care product for external use only. It is not a medicine, a medical device, or a treatment for any medical condition.

Rosawind is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, infection or medical condition, including but not limited to yeast infections or bacterial vaginosis. It must not be used internally or ingested.

Any benefits described on our site (such as freshness, comfort, or support for a balanced intimate environment) reflect the intended experience of the product and are not guaranteed. Individual experiences may vary.
